  • Private Training

    Athlete Village offers one-on-one personal training tailored to each individual’s goals, whether that’s building strength, improving athletic performance, or focusing on overall health and wellness. Our trainers design custom programs backed by science and experience to help participants reach their full potential with accountability and measurable results.

  • Semi Private

    For those who thrive in a motivating small-group setting, semi-private training provides individualized coaching in groups of 2–4 participants. This model combines the personal attention of one-on-one sessions with the energy and support of training alongside others. It’s a cost-effective, community-driven way to progress and stay accountable.

  • Specialty

    Athlete Village specialty classes focus on specific skills, performance areas, and recovery methods. These classes are designed to target unique needs such as boxing fundamentals, speed and agility, functional strength, recovery/stretch, and sport-specific training. Specialty classes provide variety, challenge, and the opportunity to learn from expert instructors in a team-driven atmosphere.
